Role: Tier 1 End User Support Technician
Location: Madison Ave New York, NY 10010 (onsite 5 days a week)
Pay rate: $20-28 depending on experience level
Duration: long term to permanent role
Start Date: early December
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a Tier 1 capacity.
- Proficiency in both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Plusses: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Apple Certified Support Professional are a plus.

Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users for Windows and Mac operating systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Assist C-Suite executives with technical issues, ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Respond to support tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
Document and track issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
Perform software installations, updates, and configurations.
Maintain and manage user accounts and permissions.
Provide basic network support and troubleshooting.
