Location: Onsite in Seffner, FL 33584

Duration: 4 month contract to hire

Interview Process: 1 round

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST


Must Haves:

  • Ability to start December 16th or beginning of January
  • 2-5 years of hands-on Desktop Support experience (onsite)
  • Must have or be able to obtain an A+ Certification
  • Windows 11 experience
  • Active Directory experience
  • Customer service focused, outgoing personality, positive attitude

Day to Day:

A client of Insight Global's is looking for an onsite Desktop Support Specialist to join their team in Seffner, FL. This role will be fully onsite Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST. This Specialist will be responsible for providing software and hardware technical support to end-users of all levels. This role will be 90% hands-on, and 10% via Teams/email/phone. Some of the common issues this person will troubleshoot include: Outlook, Teams, Email, Imaging Devices, Connectivity.


Compensation:

$23/hr to $25/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
