The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Paralegal with strong cite-checking and Bluebook experience for an open-ended, temporary assignment with a boutique energy law firm. This is a fantastic role for a Paralegal to take on a challenging role working on niche, cutting-edge matters. Strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist attorneys with preparing and proofreading briefs and pleadings
• Monitor cases and agency filings, prepare reports for attorneys and clients
• Prepare reports on regulatory commission briefings
• Assist with discovery and trial preparation

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of paralegal experience in research and litigation
• Demonstrated experience with cite-checking and Bluebook
• Strong writing and proofreading skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area and be available to start working immediately.
