Our client, a leading global law firm, is in search of a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their insurance litigation practice (defense).
Responsibilities
- Prepare exhibits, pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
- Run conflict checks for new client matters
- Provide administrative support to Partner and team of litigation attorneys
- Proofread and finalize outgoing documents, Table of Authorities (TOA) and Table of Contents (TOC)
Qualifications
- MUST have at least 5 years litigation experience (trial prep, etc.)
- MUST have e-filing experience in state and federal court
- Excellent organizational and grammar skills
