Innovative Driven is seeking an eDiscovery Paralegal with commercial litigation and eDiscovery experience to join the legal team at one of our most prestigious, international corporate clients! This position will be based in Jupiter, Florida.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in Litigation Support, eDiscovery or as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal involved with assistance in all stages of discovery.

DUTIES:

• Assist in-house counsel in coordination and management of litigation matters and subpoena responses
• Plan, schedule and implement electronic and paper collection and review of documents
• Work with outside counsel to perform search term iterations for data culling and export
• Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of projects relating to tracking, specifications, and chain of custody
• Review, select, categorize, organize and maintain documents
• Assist in the preparation of answers to interrogatories, responses to other written discovery and document production
• Manage subpoena responses

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery or as a commercial litigation paralegal involved with case management, document collection, analysis, export and assistance with all stages of discovery
• Minimum of one year of overall commercial litigation paralegal experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Paralegal and eDiscovery certification preferred
• Experience with matter management tools.
• Experience with eDiscovery tools like Relativity is required
• Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery applications, discovery processes and technologies.
