  • Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, including Human Resources and administrative teams. Collaborate with clinical center directors and senior clinical leadership to manage progress towards strategic and operational goals.
  • Financial Oversight : Work closely with the CFO and CEO to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Play a key role in driving the company toward profitability.
  • Quality Assurance : Work closely with the CCO and Director of Ethics and Compliance to implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data analytics to assess operational performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance service delivery.
  • Change Management : Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to services.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth experience working with Human Resources teams.
  • Experience working with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) teams in-house; a strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes, including Medicaid, preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving profitability in a rapidly growing, multi-state organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
