Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within the organization.
The Business Systems Analyst will be tasked with the following duties:
? Assist with product development primarily towards the Company’s loan origination system (LOS), a software application intended to automate the loan processing lifecycle from receipt of a loan application through to approval and funding;
? Collaborating with stakeholders to gather project requirements and documentation for technical integrations with partners;
? Analyze and document Company business workflows and system requirements;
? Create business requirements documents containing functional specifications;
? Function as the intermediary between stakeholders and the IT department to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of project goals and requirements;
? Identify business challenges and research and propose effective technology solutions;
? Work with system developers and architects to create design solutions that align with business requirements;
? Oversee the LOS’ integration with external data sources such as identification verification services, income verification services and credit bureaus;
? Monitoring project progress and communicating updates to partner companies and stakeholders as well as providing regular project status reports to senior management;
? Responsible for project planning, defining the scope, project objectives, and deliverables in line with company best practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation;
? Assist with backlog management and sprint planning;
? Define the timeline, scope, change, and risk management and identify and manage project risks and issues;
? Responsible for quality assurance and User Acceptance Testing, including: creating and facilitating testing to ensure that the systems meet specifications; facilitating demonstration sessions with clients to align expectations; resolving any bugs or issues that may arise during the testing phase;
? Support in the implementation of new systems and system enhancements;
? Develop training materials and ongoing maintenance documentation so end-users can effectively use the new systems; and
? Provide recommendations for continuous improvements to the systems and processes to ensure continued business efficiency.
Utilize the following tools and technologies to perform the above duties: Confluence, Jira, and ClickUp for project management, documentation Gantt charts, task and Sprint management; PostMan for API testing and API development; and other collaboration tools like Google Drive, Meet, Zoom, Slack, and Click-up.

Minimum Education:
Master’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related field. Foreign equivalent degrees accepted
Minimum Employment Experience
3 years of experience in any related role performing systems analysis using project management, sprint management and collaboration tools.
Experience to include 1 year overseeing IT systems projects.
