Premier Boston-based international firm seeks two highly qualified mid-level corporate associates to join its acclaimed Life Sciences team representing cutting-edge high growth, life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies both domestic and throughout the world. The first opening seeks candidates with experience in intellectual property licensing, technology transfer and other technology transactions as well as in IP support (including intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence) of corporate transactions in the life sciences arena. The second opening involves working with venture backed private and public companies through a range of transactions including equity financing, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance. Highly qualified candidates for both opportunities must have general experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently, along with outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
