Construction Superintendent | Allied Resources Technical Consultants
About the Position:

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall success of projects, including daily field operations, safety, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and lead regular safety meetings.
- Identify, document, and resolve daily field challenges effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate job progress reports and other project-related documentation.
- Create and manage project schedules, determine work sequencing, and implement recovery strategies to meet deadlines.
- Communicate daily updates on progress and performance to the Project Manager.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with Owners, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
- Lead weekly project meetings with Owners and Subcontractors to ensure alignment and progress.
- Coordinate daily tasks to align with project objectives and timelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years Construction Superintendent experience.
- Ability to work with and knowledge of multiple construction trades
- Ability to proficiently work with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Have driver’s license and own transportation
- Ability to work all shifts and days
- Able to complete Pa background checks to work in Pa schools
- Have a mobile phone
