Key Responsibilities:

• Provides on-site field support to customers, including installation and servicing and repairing of systems and equipment.
• Answers customers questions to resolve issues, refers other issues/ questions to appropriate personal/ management for follow up testing and trouble shooting.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Windows, Installation, Rapair.
