A Day in the Life at the Mobile Shop as a Wireless Store Manager:
Leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities as a part of your daily responsibilities.
Provide ongoing training, coaching and development to Wireless Sales Representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge and customer service abilities.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
Overseeing inventory levels and implementing a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
Managing product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Adhering to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs and financial performance.
