Hospital is looking for a Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon 11/24/24 with sporadic dates moving forward.

• Practice Setting (Office-Clinic/Outpatient/Hospital Based/Rounding): All
• Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 12 hour shifts 3-4 times per week/Saturday & Sunday 7a-7a (24 hours on call)
• Average Number of Cases Per Day: 2-3
• Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma 3
• Number of Operating Rooms: 3 for CVTS
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC & Cupid
• Patient Age Demographic (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric): Adult 25+
• Prefer local provider
• 30-day credentialing timeline
