We are seeking a full time experienced social worker to support our NDD (Neurodevelopmental Delay)/Autism/Psych patients and their families, at our Brookline, MA location. This is a leadership role within an inter-disciplinary team focused on program development initiatives This NDD/Autism/Psych Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for: Providing individual, family and group psychotherapy to affected individuals and their families Providing comprehensive case management services, including coordination of care among various healthcare providers Offering psychosocial support and resources to families, reducing caregiver stress and improving overall family well-being Facilitating access to community resources, educational support, and ancillary services such as special education and occupational therapy Enhancing the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary team by ensuring that social determinants of health are addressed as part of the treatment plan Supporting training and education initiatives enterprise wise by providing insights into the social aspects of care for children with NDDs To qualify, you must have: Master’s Degree in Social Work and LICSW is required. Minimum of two years of Social Work experience required, experience with NDD/Autism/Psych patients highly preferred Flexibility and ability to work independently within a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment as well as excellent communication, leadership and consultation skills.
