This is a new position added for 2025 due to continued growth! The Director of Digital Marketing has ownership and direct responsibility to attract the highest number of visitors to the main website, while maximizing user experience and conversions. The ideal candidate will bring a deep and diverse understanding of new and emerging digital technologies and best practices. Efforts will be centered around strategic digital initiatives across primary channels, including email marketing and content strategy, digital performance marketing leveraging our Customer Data Platform (CDP), SEO, and strategic marketing analytics and reporting.
**This is a hybrid position, 2 days onsite at the Neptune Beach, FL office**Responsibilities- Increase website visitors and conversions across the primary direct-to-consumer website for the company's insurance business line.
- Work closely with all teams (tech, marketing, content) and team members.
- Oversee all aspects of email marketing, including growing subscriber lists, campaign design and content, creating targeted CDP campaigns and analyzing and improving deliverability, opens, clicks and conversions.
- Design and execute the social media strategy for the business.
- Guide and lead the search engine optimization activities of the company.
- Devise link building acquisition strategies and proactively implement and manage link building campaigns.
- Optimize paid search campaigns in Google AdWords through social platforms.
- Develop business cases for new online marketing campaigns; monitor, track, and report the ROI of existing campaigns.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, best practices and metrics measurement to provide proactive recommendations regarding new digital ideas and opportunities focused on business goals.
- Assist with the management of the digital marketing budget and channels to invest in.
- Provide analysis and reasoning for performance trends and make future recommendations to improve return on investment efficiency.
Qualifications- 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in related marketing or technology discipline.
- Experience managing digital marketing projects from concept to implementation, with solid project management skills and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels, with hands-on experience in SEO, Google Analytics, paid search, social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and CRM and CDP platforms.
- Proven track record of implementing a cohesive online marketing, email marketing and SEO strategy and growing and improving overall traffic and conversions.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to execute and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills.
