Job Summary:As a Region Sales Project Manager;
- Lead Routing and Parsing: Managing and organizing leads for effective distribution.
- RFP Prequalification and Tracking: Assisting with evaluating and tracking Requests for Proposal (RFP) opportunities.
- Bid Response: Support with the preparation and coordination of RFP responses.
- Proposal Development Support and Production: Assist in the creation of proposals with a focus on aesthetics and branding.
- Social Media Curation and Support: Assist with managing and creating content for social media platforms.
- SFDC Reporting: Active use of Salesforce.com for timely and accurate reporting and data analysis.
- Marketing Event Optimization: Support the development and coordination of regional prospect events.
- Group Calendaring: Help with the coordinating of schedules where required.
- Ad Hoc Region Presentation Support: Assisting with the preparation of presentations as needed.
The Region Sales Project Manager will work with the VPs of Sales and/or Business Development Managers to help analyze reports, track information, and assist with various administrative tasks related to
