Position SummaryAre you a strategic thinker with a passion for developing creative, thought leadership content? If so, join the ITT Cannon Marketing team to help shape Cannon's brand and market position through the development and publication of robust content across all digital and traditional channels.
As a Content Manager with proven copywriting skills, you will work closely with the engineering, product management, and sales team to understand market trends and advancements in new technology to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy targeting the engineering community across defense, aerospace, transportation, and industrial end markets.
Essential Responsibilities- Content Creation: working closely with Cannon's subject matter experts, produce a variety of thought leadership content including - technical white papers, case studies, SEO-friendly website copy, blogs, and sales enablement material, focused on new products, emerging technology, manufacturing advancements, and design capabilities.
- Creative: with support of internal and external creative resources, bring the story to life with visually dynamic collateral and advertising material.
- Content Publication: Develop a strategic schedule to publish content across various communications channels including but not limited to ittcannon.com, social channels, and 3rd party media.
- Brand Ambassador: With over 100 years of innovation, develop compelling messaging and brand positioning to reinforce our heritage and future strategic objectives.
- Project Management: Coordinate projects across teams to ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with strategic business objectives.
- As needed, support the Marketing team on additional projects such as trade shows, NPI launches, webinars, video scripts, social media campaigns, etc.
Position Requirements- BS - Marketing, Communication or Engineering Degree Required
- 7+ years of B2B experience with strong background in the development of technical / engineering content
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience optimizing content for search engines.
- Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills a bonus.
- Understanding of communication channels/platforms including social media, CMS, and Google platforms
- Travel - under 20%

Equal Pay Act RangeAnnual salary range is from $90,100.00 to $134,700.00, plus benefits & incentive plans.
