Senior Project Manager, Corporate Development at SIXT, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and business transformation within one of the world's fastest-growing mobility providers. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Development & PMO, US CFO and SIXT US Senior Leadership, you'll manage high-impact projects that enhance productivity, profitability, and long-term strategy. This position offers a unique blend of strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership, making it ideal for consultants or corporate development professionals ready to make a tangible impact within a dynamic organization.
Key tasks and responsibilities:- Drive Strategic Projects: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to deliver measurable business outcomes in areas like process optimization, digital transformation, and performance improvement.
- Collaborate Across the Organization / Engage Key Stakeholder: Partner with internal stakeholders across departments (both US and international) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic objectives, achieve project goals and deliver impactful results.
- Present to Leadership: Consolidate and present complex findings and actionable recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
- Ensure Project Success: Manage project budgets and timelines, addressing risks and challenges proactively to keep initiatives on course and achieve desired outcomes.
- End-to-End Project Execution: Lead end-to-end projects from strategy development to operational execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Leverage Data: Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
- Strategic Initiative Coordination: Collaborate closely with Head of Corporate Development & PMO and US CFO to align priorities and successfully deliver key strategic initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Comprehensive Project Documentation: Develop detailed and professional documentation for project management and execution, tailored to different stakeholders, incl. strategic objectives, operational plans with key milestones, financial impact analysis / BCA, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
- PMO and Performance Program Support: Support the PMO function by ensuring the effective delivery of projects across the organization, including managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Additionally, assist in overseeing performance programs such as OKRs, must-win projects, and key KPI cadences to drive alignment and achieve strategic goals.

- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools like Jira / Confluence / Workboard is a plus.
- Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field, Master's/MBA preferred. 4-6 years (min. 3 years) in consulting, corporate development, or project management.
- Self-Motivation: Driven, with a strong ability to take initiative and execute projects.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and oral.
