WHAT YOU WILL DO:The
Global Service Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end service operations with a focus on delivering exceptional network solutions while incorporating expertise in AV technologies, general contracting, and retrofit projects. This role is responsible for leading client programs from planning to execution, fostering sustainable relationships, and ensuring compliance with project deliverables, budgets, and quality standards.
The is a hybrid role and requires 2 days a week in the office at the client site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and completion of network and AV-related installation projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing retrofits and general contracting elements, to meet project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and communication throughout the lifecycle of AV and construction projects.
- Resource Management: Oversee allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring the efficient delivery of complex projects.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures across network and AV projects, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks, developing proactive mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Budget Control: Monitor budgets for both technical and retrofit projects, optimizing expenses while adhering to financial guidelines.
- Reporting and Documentation: Deliver clear and actionable reports on project progress, service metrics, and quality outcomes, supporting operational transparency.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by incorporating best practices in AV technology, general contracting, and retrofit solutions to enhance client satisfaction and project delivery.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:- Demonstrated experience managing AV, general contracting, or retrofit projects in addition to technical teams globally.
- Expertise in network installation, enterprise networking protocols, and AV systems integration.
- Familiarity with managing change control processes, construction timelines, and AV deployments in fast-paced environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to lead meetings and present to stakeholders.
- Proven success in developing programs focused on customer success, including metrics for SLAs and performance.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and exceeding client expectations.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certifications are a plus.
