Great Gulf is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Director, Marketing to join our team in Toronto.

The Senior Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across multiple brands, including Home Technologies, First Gulf, Great Gulf Low Rise and High Rise, Tucker, Beacon, and Resorts & Leisure. This strategic leadership role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth by implementing targeted marketing campaigns, optimizing channel selection, and setting measurable performance goals. The Sr. Director will use data analysis to continuously refine strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business results aligned with the company's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align marketing strategies and content with company goals, collaborating with leadership to drive growth, market share, and measurable results across all channels (digital, offline, and social).
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation, establishing performance metrics and optimizing effectiveness.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance to stakeholders using relevant metrics and KPIs, ensuring accountability for marketing efforts and spend, while optimizing strategies and informing data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and refine performance marketing strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI.
  • Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies, improving customer segmentation and conversion.
  • Manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, optimizing reach and conversion across paid media channels.
  • Use A/B testing and CRO to enhance campaign performance, improving efficiency and reducing customer acquisition costs.
  • Optimize the HubSpot platform to streamline processes across all lines of business, track campaign performance, and improve customer engagement.
  • Oversee website strategy and management, ensuring a seamless user experience and enhancing lead generation and conversion.
  • Create customer journey maps to identify touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize return and achieve established KPIs.
  • Explore new marketing channels, technologies, and industry trends to stay ahead of competitors, integrating insights into innovative strategies to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Lead digital transformation, integrating marketing technologies to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and customer interactions.
  • Develop external partnerships to expand brand reach and create new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure marketing strategies remain agile, adapting to changes in the market and customer behavior.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring collaboration across teams and the successful execution of initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role with a proven track record in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data, metrics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong goal orientation and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively present ideas.
  • Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver, with a focus on continuous improvement.
