Maintain and strengthen current customer relationships.
Develop/implement the business plan for the assigned territory to increase market share and achieve quarterly/yearly revenue growth targets.
Arrange business meetings with prospective customers.
Forecasting / tracking territory performance
Collaborate with internal departments to achieve growth targets
Provide trustworthy after-sales support internally and with customers
REQUIREMENTS
Must be located in Minnesota
3 - 5 years experience in Environmental, chemical, or related technical sales
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or a similar field
Must possess good communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills, great drive, and motivation
Proven ability to negotiate and close sales
Ability to build strong relationships
Technical skills to create proposals and find solutions to meet customer needs
