The Role and What You'll Do
As a Group Creative Director, you are the tireless creative force leading the team to create work that is the envy of the industry. You are a client whisperer and champion of innovative creative solutions, with a never settle attitude. You are obsessed with creating an environment for great ideas to thrive and for creatives to do the best work of their lives. As a proven leader, you have an outstanding ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-level results. You embody bold innovation, passion, and optimism. You possess superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional presentation skills.
As a creative athlete, you are responsible for setting the vision for how the brands we work with will show up across every touch point including above-the-line, experiential, OOH, digital content, social, and more). You have a pulse on culture and a creative sensibility that extends across genres. The right person in this role will love working in partnership with the strategy and account teams, lead productive brainstorming, and drive the storytelling for inspiring client presentations. You love to mentor and grow the next generation of creative leaders and lead by example with your killer craft. Finally, you are a builder and are motivated at this point in your career to be a part of the next frontier of marketing by leveraging the power of the Endeavor network.
GCDs report to the Executive Creative Director/Head of Global Creative.
Work Environment
It's full time. But not all the time. We're not asking you to save the world. Just work hard. We're global. The job is local, but with travel to client meetings, pitches, events and offices. We see the office as a resource, as a clubhouse, as a space to collaborate and be heard. And be pushed. We like seeing you, so we work from the office 4 days per week. Marketing is serious business. But it's not that serious. We live and love creativity but make time to laugh at ourselves. We share in successes, champion design, love art and experience, and want to fuel all of it with the resources and might of our larger Endeavor network (which you have at your disposal).

You Have These
- 15+ years of experience within an ad agency or similar setting
- Be fearless and not afraid to fail

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
