The Internal Communications and Digital Content Lead plays a crucial role in bridging high-level strategy with on-the-ground implementation, ensuring that the company's internal voice is consistent and impactful across all channels. This position reports to the Director of Internal Communications and Employee Experience and is responsible for the tactical execution of internal communication strategies and the creation and curation of digital content that aligns with the strategic goals of the business. The role requires a strong understanding of audience needs and trends, as well as the ability to guide and support cross-functional teams.
Salary: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 - Hybrid position
Key Responsibilities:- Internal Communications Strategy: Work with the Director of Internal Communications and Employee Experience to develop and maintain the internal communications calendar, overseeing editorial planning and content production.
- Digital Content Strategy: Craft and implement an internal digital content strategy that integrates with the company's overall business and marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, optimized content for various digital platforms, including social media, intranet, and email campaigns.
- Channel Management: Implement strategies that maximize the reach and effectiveness of internal messaging.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their objectives are met through IC deliverables.
- Intranet System Administration: Assist in managing the relationship between the organization and intranet vendor. Act as the intranet system expert for all front-end user related functions.
- Content Audits: Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of existing content and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Brand Consistency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of internal messages with external branding and campaigns.
- Analytics and Optimization: Analyze user engagement data to refine content strategies and further target audience delivery.
- Best Practices and Training: Act as the subject-matter expert on internal communication best practices, advising and training other employees.
