Requirements

Financial Management: Work closely with the accounting team to optimize budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.

Technology Adoption: Advocate for and implement technological advancements to enhance scalability and productivity.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure operations comply with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior operations or leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, production, and logistics.
  • Motivated, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving excellence.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with operational tools and systems (e.g., ERP platforms, analytics tools).
