**This position is contingent on contract award**RMC is hiring All-Source Intelligence Analysts to support USSOCOM. The selected applicants will be responsible for performing as a part of a team on intelligence support services around the globe. These operations aim to protect and promote U.S. policies against both state and non-state actors. USSOCOM requires a long-term intelligence support program to provide comprehensive, actionable intelligence for its SOF units. This includes increasing analytical and security personnel to meet the high demands of sensitive operations.
Duties may include:
- Travel CONUS and OCONUS (CENTCOM Area of Responsibility, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, and other Combatant Commands as needed).
- Researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.
- Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.
- Demonstrate level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the below qualifications.
- Some ASIA billets will be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours.
Requirements - Active TS/SCI (DoD TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access) eligibility is required to start. The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.
- Must possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions.
- Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
- Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
- The applicant selected may be subject to a skills verification administered by the Government.
Desired- Bachelor's degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $99,000 to $184,000 (annually).
