The Organizational Design Manager will support the redesign and reorganization of work, roles, and structures impacted by the migration of work to relevant locations in line with the target operating model. This role focuses on operationalizing organization design decisions, collaborating with teams to implement changes, and ensuring smooth workforce transitions across NA and EMEA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the design and implementation of future-state organizational structures, ensuring alignment with target operating model.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of existing roles, workloads, and processes to identify redundancies and optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze workforce data to understand the impact of organizational changes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for role realignment, capacity management, and workforce planning.
  • Work closely with HRBPs, business leaders, and the Knowledge Transfer team to coordinate workforce transitions.
  • Assist in developing reskilling and redeployment plans for impacted employees.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of organizational structures, job descriptions, and workforce plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations during the redesign process.
  • Support the development and delivery of communication and training plans related to organizational changes.
  • Address employee concerns and act as a point of contact for questions related to role transitions.


QUALIFACTIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning, or HR transformation roles.
  • Experience supporting large-scale organizational changes is preferred.
  • Certification in change management or related fields is a plus.


KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and organizational design principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and organizational design software, preferably Orgvue.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
