Position Description

PubMatic seeks a seasoned Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be instrumental in driving our digital marketing strategy, overseeing the execution of effective campaigns across multiple channels, and optimizing performance to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy and Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various channels, including but not limited to:
• Paid advertising (Google Ads, social media advertising, etc.)
• SEO
• Email marketing
• Content marketing
• Social media marketing
• Demand/Lead Generation

Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with commercial and product marketing teams to identify target audiences and develop effective campaign strategies.
• Craft compelling messaging and creative assets.
• Identify the most effective digital strategies to reach our target audience.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Evaluate new tools and make informed recommendations for updating the Marketing tech stack.

Performance Analysis and Optimization: Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance.
• Analyze key metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong writing and editing skills.

Additional Considerations:
• Experience with ad tech or B2B marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques is beneficial.
• A strong understanding of the sales funnel and customer journey is essential.

Compensation And Benefits

Base Compensation Range: $105,000 - $140,000

In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus and a competitive benefits package.
