You will help craft intelligent interactions through sophisticated natural language processing while championing ethical AI practices that maintain high standards for fairness and transparency.

The ideal candidate will bring experience with LLMs, prompting and cutting edge techniques as well a passion to learn evolving approaches. This unique role places you at the intersection of AI, psychology, and leadership development, offering the opportunity to shape the future of workplace coaching while working with Fortune 500 clients to ensure high performance and reliability across diverse corporate environments.

    • Evaluate and improve existing LLM-based models for effectiveness, scalability, and efficiency
    • Design and implement improvements in user experience through novel applications of LLMs
    • Gather and prepare datasets for concept validation, integrating diverse data sources to enhance AI coaching models
    • Conduct rapid experimentation to optimize outcomes and user interactions
    • Foster a data-driven culture through experiment review and reporting
    • Study user behavior and collaborate with product team to help inform development priorities
    • Support full-stack development needs across both front and back end as needed
    • Provide technical support for broader science and software development initiatives

What We're Looking For
    • 2+ years of work experience in consulting, professional services or other related field
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI or related field
    • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts
    • Experience with writing prompts and best practice prompting techniques
