About this role:The Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, generating insights, and supporting decision-making processes. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing and communications initiatives, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end process of executing a taxonomy project aimed at establishing consistent tracking and categorization of marketing costs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, accurate reporting, and efficient resource allocation across the marketing organization.
- Drive the planning and management of marketing budgets by collaborating closely with finance and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with financial objectives, accurate budget allocation, and streamlined forecasting to support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to monitor and visualize key operational metrics, providing actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making and enhance performance visibility across the marketing and communications organization.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in building and documenting standardized processes for the marketing operations and analytics team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and efficiency in workflows while supporting scalable, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability by performing regular data validation and troubleshooting any data issues.
- Leverage analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to support data analysis and visualization efforts.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- 6 + years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and suggest creative solutions.
- Strong project management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with (and ability to influence) matrix partners.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept in marketing landscapes, with a strong capacity to adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to identify and connect the dots across various data points and sources.
