Elimini are developing a multi-billion, Bioenergy Carbon Capture & Storage (BECCS) which aims to deliver carbon removals at megaton scale.

Are you a passionate and creative Digital Director who thrives in delivering challenging projects?

As the Digital Director, you'll be a critical part of the team delivering Elimini's global digital communication and marketing strategy. In this role, you'll play a central role in advising senior leaders on the appropriate digital communication approach and supporting the work of the communications team to build broader positive reputational growth and building trust with key stakeholders to support the delivery of Elimini's business objectives.

Essentially, you'll be responsible for Elimini's digital strategy - working collaboratively with colleagues in sales, stakeholder engagement, and communications. Leading on all aspects of Elimini's digital presence from the website to social media.

You'll manage a Marketing Manager who shall be responsible for creating and delivering the content strategy. Working in collaboration with the Drax Group Marketing team and digital team, the role will ensure the marketing approach delivers against Elimini's values and purpose.

About the role

As the Digital Director, you'll be responsible for, but not limited to

• Overseeing and management of the digital and marketing budget
• Manage and create content for various internal departments and partners & also help identify relevant content and information (written and visual), ensuring the delivery of a consistent stakeholder centric approach to better targeted and consistent messaging across all of our channels.
• Monitoring of external trends; translating how these insights could be applied at Elimini to drive a tangible benefit
• You'll be the editor of all Elimini digital channels and be the advocate for digital, challenging at a leadership level across the wider business to ensure that investment in digital is fully leveraged.
• Ideation and conceptualization of the development and approval of new digital capabilities
• Supporting the Sales team with reaching key audiences
• Provide counsel to senior leaders within the business on short and long-term opportunities and challenges and establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships and develop in depth knowledge within the relevant areas.

About you

You'll be educated to at least degree level, ideally within a marketing and digital discipline

You'll have exceptional writing skills and experience developing content and stories for a range of media platforms, in a fast-paced environment

7+ years' experience working within digital marketing strategy including Google search (paid), social, programmatic and data analysis

You'll demonstrate you're experience in omnichannel amplification and digital influencer outreach, digital and social media paid campaign management

Demonstrating your creative experience and passion, you'll have a proven practical application of creating, writing and managing content across multiple digital channels (web, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)

Collaboration and building strong relationships is key! You'll provide experience within managing internal stakeholders to build strong relationships
