Job SummaryResponsible for the Bank's CRE program. They will lead the Bank's CRE lending balance sheet and oversee CRE loan originations, CRE portfolio management, operations and deposit gathering.
Essential Job FunctionsInteracts regularly with Senior Management on Bank's CRE program progress.
Responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development and execution of the Bank's CRE marketing and advertising initiatives.
Builds and mentors teams of CRE Relationship Managers.
Ensures CRE lending activities and deposit goals are meeting the Banks targets.
Oversees and monitors the Banks CRE portfolio for performances and risk
Ensures employee training is consistent with laws and regulations that apply to the CRE Group, including BSA/AML compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
Secondary Job FunctionsRepresent the Bank at industry conferences and client events.
Qualifications/RequirementsMinimum of 15 years of work-related experience.
Job requires managerial experience to lead to mentor to identify problems and offer solutions.
Job requires establishing and maintaining challenging goals and exerting effort toward meeting bank's profit and growth target.
Jon requires experience in ground-up construction, bridge, and permanent financing of commercial, multi-family real estates, and single-family residences,
Knowledge and Practice:Knowledge of management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership skill.
Knowledge of principles and practices in providing customers with personalized and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality services standards for services, and customer satisfaction.
The ability to:- Listen and to understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
