Job Description SummaryWe are looking for an HR Generalist with 2-3 years of experience in a dynamic tech environment to support our global science and technology teams, including software engineers, AI/ML data scientists, clinical research, etc. In this role, you will report to the Science and Technology Global SR HRBP and play a key role in data analysis and managing both global and local projects assigned by our HR Business Partners (HRBPs). You'll collaborate closely with the US Human Resources Manager in Seattle and engage with international HRM teams as needed.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Colleague Experience/Culture: Partner with HRM/Global HRBPs on strategies for local workplace culture development for the Seattle team including onboarding, engagement, retention and recommending best practices for global application.
- Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring global HR projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective communication and collaboration with global HR teams. Contribute to local initiatives, such as new employee onboarding and manager training sessions.
- HR Process Support: Work closely with HRBPs to plan timelines and process steps and support the maintenance and communication process templates and data for global HR processes such as compensation planning, staffing approvals, organizational change, etc.
- Metrics Monitoring and Data Analysis: Conduct data collection, monitoring, and analysis aligned with STO's people and culture initiatives. Provide data-based insights and recommendations that support HR initiatives. Regularly audit and ensure accurate employee data, (e.g., turnover, DEI, talent metrics, Workday data)
- Immigration Process Support: Track immigration status and process and liaise with external partners and internal colleagues to facilitate the timely completion of process steps.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience supporting technology functions preferred(experience supporting Cloud Engineering and AI/ML professionals is preferred).
- Proven project management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Comfortable creating analytics in Excel, with a focus on producing clear data summaries.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Desired Characteristics- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for connecting leaders and team members to resources.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $81,328.00-$121,992.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
