Job Summary:

As Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and solutions that produce high-quality leads. With a solid background in Marketing automation, the ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of creating, implementing and optimizing campaigns across all channels.

Essential Functions:

Campaign Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, social media, PPC, and more.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms to design and manage workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.

Technical Lead Generation:
  • Implement marketing automation solutions to execute and track campaigns.
  • Use CRM systems (e.g., PipeDrive, Hubspot, Salesforce) to manage lead data, track campaign performance, and ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales.

Data Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements.

Platform Management:
  • Oversee the implementation and management of various marketing platforms, including email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sakari etc, Intercom), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite), and PPC platforms (e.g., Gartner, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Ensure data integrity and proper tracking through tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and tracking pixels.

Content and SEO Strategy:
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic and generates leads.
  • Utilize SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.

Lead Management and Segmentation:
  • Implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on engagement and fit.
  • Segment leads and create targeted marketing campaigns to nurture them through the sales funnel.

Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, lead handoff processes, and feedback loops.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Client Facing, product marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Reporting and Insights:
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, Zoominfo, HubSpot, Salesforce etc.).
  • Experience and proficiency in all aspects and channels of Marketing (SMS, email etc..)
  • Strong automation experience.
  • Prior success with accountability to pipeline generation targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.


Position Status: Permanent

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Environment: In Office
