Summary
The primary focus of the Senior HRIS Analyst position is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System, in addition to other systems supported by the HR Technology Team. This role is dedicated to administration within the company’s SuccessFactors talent management system with an emphasis on the Employee Central module. This individual ensures data integrity, configuration and testing of system changes, troubleshooting interfaces, system enhancements, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. In addition, this individual will support mergers and acquisitions, related integration and data conversion activities, and assessment of existing and future technology landscapes.
This position will support our HR Technology team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Implementation and Support System Administration
- Develops proficiency in all components of the system including, management and creation of foundation objects, business rules, picklists, configuration of workflows, and troubleshooting of data integration
- Leads implementation projects as SME for Employee Central; recommends leading practices and innovative solutions
- Leads reviews, testing, system upgrades or patches, and semi-annual releases
- Organizes and facilitates testing as needed, creating user test scripts from a functional and end-user perspective
- Designs and maintains system processes, procedures, import templates, and support documentation
- Provide user support and assistance within the HRIS ticketing system.
- Works with third-party support services to create tickets, troubleshoot issues, and manage resolutions
- Create and execute system uploads when necessary to input large batches of data

Internal Stakeholders and Customer Service
- Defines business requirements of end users as needed on project implementations and ongoing module support
- Works interactively with business process owners and provides functional guidance and knowledge in architecting a best practice solution to fit business needs
- Recommends and implements system administration policies, including managing the end-user experience and ensuring training is provided to internal and external customers
- Maintains awareness of current trends and leading practices in HRMS with a focus on product and service development

Report Creation and Metrics
- Designs and generates ad hoc and recurring reports for audits, compliance reporting, and internal business needs
- Leverage administrative tools within HRMS to ensure the accuracy and integrity of organizational data

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or related field preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
- Minimum 3+ years of HRMS administration or configuration within SAP and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central experience required
- Minimum 2+ years of HRMS administration or configuration within ADP preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience building/executing complex reports
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to work creatively, innovatively, independently and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven ability to adapt effectively to changing technology and business needs
- Ability to work collaboratively across business functions
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and/or fellow Freeman employees
- Ability to consult on HRIS projects including gathering/interpreting business requirements
- Must have proven organizational and time management skills; able to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities and meet deadlines
- Project management experience and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate changes or updates to various HR users (both technical and non-technical) is critical
- Demonstrated communication (written and oral) including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
