Location: Sacramento, CA, must be willing to travel to Manteca, CA and Reno, NV
Salary: $95,000 - $105,000, up to $120,000 per year of total compensation!

In this role, you'll lead multiple locations, ensuring top-tier service for our clients and overseeing the seamless day-to-day operations of our dishwashing solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of Managers, Outside Sales, and Service Representatives, across several units to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure smooth, efficient operations at each branch, adhering to safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve performance, client satisfaction, and overall productivity.
• Oversee and lead sales growth, fleet and inventory management, safety and compliance, and recruiting activities for each location.
• Cultivate a positive, high-energy work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
