Key Responsibilities:- Client Discovery: Understand client workflows, challenges, and goals to recommend optimized LiveU solutions (e.g., Studio, Ingest, Matrix, IQ).
- Solution Design: Create end-to-end architectures and scopes of work aligned with technical and business needs.
- Customer Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through discovery, design, and deployment phases.
- Project Execution: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Industry Collaboration: Build relationships within broadcast and sports production, contributing insights to enhance LiveU's offerings.
Requirements- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, solution engineering, or a similar role within the broadcast, sports production, or media technology sectors.
- Proven success in aligning technical solutions with business goals, particularly within broadcast and sports production workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of media streaming, video encoding, live broadcast technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong customer engagement skills, with experience in conducting discovery sessions and transforming technical requirements into business-aligned solutions.
- Relevant certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in solution-based and consultative sales approaches specific to broadcast and sports production SaaS.
- Experience with IP/RTP, video encoding, cellular networks, and tools widely used in the broadcast and sports production industries.
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities and a strong background in live broadcasts and sports production workflows
