Position Summary:The Sr. Employee Experience Specialist will help strengthen workplace culture by elevating employee voices and supporting leaders in shaping the employee experience (EX). Key focus areas of this role include coordination and implementation of employee feedback channels; employee experience data analysis and trend identification; and providing support to leaders at the team- and organization-wide levels to build action around the employee experience.

- Employee Experience & Feedback: Collect employee feedback through surveys, interviews, focus groups and other channels to elevate employee voices and inform the overall EX strategy.
- Coordinate the delivery and communication of employee surveys, both recurring and ad hoc.
- Manage and conduct one-on-one interview process to collect (stay, exit, etc.).
- Coordinate and facilitate employee focus groups to support leaders in team-level action planning.
- Partner with leadership to coordinate focus groups through 3rd party vendors for organization-wide action planning.
- Explore and recommend mechanisms to gather, analyze, and activate employee feedback with a focus on transparency and data-driven decisions.
- Assist in the implementation, use, and maintenance of HR systems utilized for employee feedback.
- Data Analysis & Trend Identification: Monitor and utilize employee feedback and people metrics to recommend process and strategy improvements for team-level and organization-wide EX strategy.
- Review and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data at the team- and organization-wide levels to identify EX trends and opportunities.
- Provide timely and transparent feedback from EX data and people metrics analysis to organizational leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Research employee engagement trends, ideas, and initiatives to stay informed of strategic opportunities.
- Organizational Support & Partnership: Champion action planning, programs, and activities to enhance the overall employee experience (EX) from onboarding through offboarding.
- Provides guidance, recommendations, support, and direction to leaders related to EX data and action planning.
- Develop and maintain resources for leaders to utilize for team-level EX action planning.
- Serve as a subject matter expert around the employee experience life cycle for HR teams and organization leaders.

- This is a flexible-hybrid role that primarily works from a personal home office, and is required to work at a physical GESMN or partner facility as business needs require, sometimes with great urgency and little notice.
- Annual salary: $86,530 - $117,070 DOQ
About You: Required Knowledge & Skills:- Technology acumen to learn/adapt to new systems, champion EX systems for employee use, and explore and recommend technologies for continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations that influence HR.
- Exceptional attention to detail, project/task management, and organizational skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate in ways that inform and engage target audiences and distill complex information into clear, concise content accessible to employees at all levels.
- Ability to exercise discretion while handling confidential information.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize demands and solve problems creatively.
Prior Experience & Education: - 3-5 Years of relevant HR experience required.
- Experience as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and/or managing employee engagement programs preferred.
- Experience implementing and managing employee feedback/survey platforms preferred.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
