We are seeking a Product Manager for our consumer-facing content platforms and proprietary CMS. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and strategic thinker with a passion for the publishing industry, ready to help create an industry-leading publishing ecosystem.

The Product Manager excels in cross-functional collaboration, building trust and alignment across teams, prioritizing requirements from both internal and external stakeholders, and driving data-informed optimization processes. Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage product roadmaps for the CMS and our consumer-facing products including websites as well as internal tools, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle with your multidisciplinary team, delivering key features and functionalities that meet user and business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the consumer experience while balancing monetization strategies and commercial opportunities.
  • Establish and track metrics and KPIs to evaluate product success, guiding the team through data-driven optimization initiatives for performance and user engagement.
  • Gather and synthesize requirements from diverse stakeholders and clients, translating them into clear and actionable product specifications.
  • Drive the development of innovative and engaging consumer products, ensuring management features remain cutting-edge and aligned with evolving technologies.


The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 to $130,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location. The benefits available for this position include flexible vacation policy, 15 paid holidays, paid parental leave, health insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan.

Note: This position works within a global team and can expect meetings aligned with an Eastern Time zone schedule.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product management experience with content management systems (CMS) / consumer-facing websites/products, within a digital media company.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end publishing process, gained through hands-on experience in a publishing environment.
  • Experience in developing CMS tools at scale, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving measurable business impact.
  • Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams in an agile, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in technical environments.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively promote initiatives and align stakeholders across the organization.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, capable of driving innovation and identifying opportunities for growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the media or ad tech industry, with a focus on digital publishing and audience engagement.
  • A passion for sports and familiarity with sports-related digital products.
