Job Summary:Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, estimating, and procurement. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

- Develop, implement, and optimize supply chain strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Manage all aspects of the supply chain and work closely with other departments to identify key business needs and ensure processes are aligned with these needs.
- Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance supply chain operations.
- Lead and coach team to maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms, and develop estimates that are competitive. Inspire the ongoing sourcing of vendors that meet the quality standards, delivery schedules, pricing and terms required.
- Builds a pipeline of sustainable products, materials, business models, and partnerships to enhance brand equity and create competitive advantage while delivering sustainable goals.
- Drives/champions the next generation of product/materials-related sustainability strategies that meet the future needs of customers, consumers and other key stakeholders.
- Represents and communicates product/materials sustainability strategies to senior leaders and drives integration and accountability throughout the organization, including embedding them into key business planning and innovation processes.
- Led the development of relevant crisis management and business continuity plans and supports as necessary when events occur.
- Set performance targets for the supply chain team and monitor their performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify potential areas of improvement and implement changes as necessary
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal levels of stock.
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain.
- Evaluate and report on KPIs.
Education, Experience, Skills/Requirements:Skills/Requirements: - Ability to develop strategic/tactical plans to meet business objectives in a large Manufacturing/Services Environment. Proven ability to develop sound proposals and successfully implement project plans.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and qualitative skills to facilitate effective decision-making. Ability to identify and solve problems creatively, to work within deadlines with great attention to detail, and to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and to address difficulties and issues.
- 30% Domestic and International travel required.
- Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience managing others, with proven leadership presence.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant experience. Must have a strong background in global procurement and global sourcing, with proven experience in negotiations, process improvement, strategic planning, and project management.
Education: Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or related field preferred.
