Internally, this position is called the Head of Industrial Trade & Converting (ITC). If you are curious what you will do once you are part of tesa, keep reading! You will drive growth and innovation as Head of ITC! You'll shape the regional go-to-market strategy, optimize distributor networks, and lead a high-performing team. As a key member of both global and regional leadership, you'll influence strategy, drive new business, and elevate team performance for impactful results.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for year on year of profitable growth of the Industrial Trade & Converting business units
• Provide insights on market trends, and play a pivotal role in cross-functional projects as a key player on both global and North American leadership teams
• Help shape the North American strategy within scope of the global strategy as a member of both the regional leadership team for North America as well as global leadership team
• Drive year-over-year profitable growth and be at the forefront of business strategy.
• Create a powerful distribution & converter channel network - both traditional and digital
• Guide a high-performing team, shaping their professional journey through targeted objectives and sales strategies
• Lead growth and innovation

What you will need:

• University degree, MBA preferred
• 12+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience
• Experience with PNL responsibility in a matrix organization
• Distribution management experience
• Strategic thinking combined with leadership skills, business acumen, and multicultural/multilevel communications skills are essential for success
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
• International experience and demonstrated success operating within matrixed organizations, preferred
