Position SummaryAs a Product Reconciliation Analyst (internal title: Manager, Integrity Assurance) in our Security department, you will be responsible for the management and performance of the Integrity Assurance Program that encompasses secure asset accountability, security reconciliation and discrepancy investigation and management. Success in this role requires integrity, critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership to manage program efficiencies and challenges while aligning and collaborating with other CBN teams and key stakeholders.

What You Will DoProgram Management- Implement program improvements that align with CBN strategic objectives (fraud prevention, customer-focused, customer experience).
- Make systematic and risk-based decisions to manage challenges and allow successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Develop collaborative relationships with manufacturing to identify strategies to mitigate secure asset vulnerabilities and process inefficiencies.
- Apply strategic and critical thinking to understand business challenges and facilitate solutions in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
People Management- Support the Director Security Risk & Audit in establishing and communicating program and individual employee goals and objectives.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and leadership to the Integrity Assurance team.
- Promote and support the development and career growth of team members.
Asset Handling and Traceability- Coordinates, organizes, and oversees all traceability activities involved in the manufacturing and production of CBN secure products.
- Initiate and partner with key internal functions to contribute to projects for the design and implementation of secure asset handling to meet customer and certification requirements and mitigate risk.
- Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the organization's manufacturing processes and associated control programs, to identify corrective actions and remediation plans necessary to manage risk.
Reconciliation- Design and improve reconciliation procedures to strengthen the security reconciliation function at CBN and meet individual customer requirements.
- Advise and support Integrity Assurance auditors in the completion of final reconciliation and consumption reports.
- Communicate with key stakeholders around reconciliation management.
Investigations- Employ extensive problem solving, critical thinking and data analysis abilities in conducting security discrepancy investigations.
- Provide guidance and direction to the investigative team throughout the investigative process.
- Communicate strategically through briefing notes and investigative reports to senior security management, key stakeholders, and customers.
Various other duties and responsibilities.QualificationsKnowledge and Experience- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, security or law, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and years of work experience
- Knowledge of the following:
- Basic auditing principles
- Risk management
- Traceability and reconciliation
- Security printing (currency, documents, etc.) is an asset
- Experience in security management and/or internal auditing is an asset
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership position

Security Clearance Requirements- Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) personal security clearance.
