We are seeking a results-driven, innovative Marketing Strategist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning and Development:
    • Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
    • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and new opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, etc.) to ensure alignment and a consistent brand message.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, content, SEO, PPC, and events.
    • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign success using data-driven insights to make necessary adjustments.
    • Experiment with new marketing channels, tactics, and tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    • Generate detailed reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
    • Regularly review and refine strategies based on performance metrics.
  4. Brand Positioning and Development:
    • Maintain and enhance the brand's positioning within the market, ensuring consistency across all channels.
    • Support in developing brand messaging that differentiates the brand from competitors and aligns with consumer expectations.
  5. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Present strategies, results, and marketing recommendations to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with a strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
