This role is responsible for supporting key leaders on the process team in delivering product commercialization while championing process improvement across the manufacturing network. The Process Manager will work closely with the Directors/AVPs of Commercialization and Process Improvement and the US plant facilities to best serve the needs of an expanding customer base while delivering improved operations performance.

• Learn and shadow with the process team on deploying efficient and timely new product commercialization.
• Support process team by interfacing across facilities and with sales to deliver customer solutions and operating efficiencies.
• Assist with the development and support cost reduction options across the operations and supply chain groups.
• Support the development of new approaches and thinking to share best practices across the organization.
• Enhance OSI process capabilities understanding and outline efficiency improvement plans.
• Work with others in developing facility sourcing and capacity management plans across the manufacturing asset base.
• Assist with the evaluation on processing technologies and capabilities.
• Effectively interface with key customers, regulatory agencies, suppliers and internal groups as necessary.
• Provide critical thinking in developing investment prioritization strategies.
• This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures. This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.

Experience & Skills
• 3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.
• Results oriented individual embracing of change and demonstrating change leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of addressing broader business issues while championing manufacturing solutions.
• Well organized, self-starter capable of working across an organization to accomplish desired objectives.
• Project management skills is a plus.
Education
• BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.
Work Environment
• Work can be performed within a manufacturing plant environment with noise, extreme temperatures, and significant movement of powered equipment, people and conveyor (may depend on the role).
• Work conditions are typical of an office & plant environment.
• This role requires 30% domestic travel.
• Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 15 pounds
• Position may require frequent and/or infrequent of bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring.
• Position may require the physical ability to stand/walk for Less than 4 hours.
