Lido Labs is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role is a critical player in driving the success of our performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing paid media campaigns to meet ambitious company goals and maximize return on investment.
Candidates should have career experience in over 200+ brands across Meta and other platforms and the ability to manage $100K+ in monthly ad spend per client.As a Senior Media Buyer, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of media buying, from campaign creation and management to performance analysis and optimization. We're looking for a strategic thinker with a strong command of digital advertising and the ability to execute with precision in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage a portfolio of paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance by testing and refining strategies for budget allocation, audience targeting, creatives, and copy.
- Collaborate with Creative Strategist to source fresh and compelling ad creatives on a daily basis, ensuring a steady flow of new content for campaigns.
- Accurately track and upload revenue and cost data daily, maintaining precise and up-to-date reports for the leadership team.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics across multiple platforms, identifying trends and insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes.
- Provide daily performance reports to the Leadership Team, offering actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to paid advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Participate in weekly meetings with digital marketing consultants, implementing new strategies and testing emerging opportunities, platforms, and channels in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
Required Qualifications: - 5-7 years of hands-on experience in media buying, with expertise in managing 200+ Facebook accounts over the course of their career.
- Experience with a diverse roster of client brands including Ecommerce and DTC Marketing on Meta
- Solid experience working in fast-paced corporate or agency environments, managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of key advertising metrics (CPA, CPM, ROAS, LTV) and a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and campaign management.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
