Job Description:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be managing the Top Key Accounts in the location as well as acquiring leads and passing them along to the outside sales team. The typical work week is Mon-Fri. 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (no nights, weekends or holidays). You'll spend 30% of your time in the office administratively and 70% of your time in the field with customers.
What a week in the life might look like would be:
Mondays in the office, you'll be working on phone blocking to set up your appointments for the week & Fridays in the office working with the leadership team on strategy. Your time in the field (Typically Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) will be split between managing the largest accounts within the location as well as acquiring leads that you will pass along to the outside sales team.
The account management responsibilities include upselling within the accounts, building lasting relationships, talking to clients about different programs Cintas is running along with providing solutions to any challenges they may be experiencing.
