Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for
Attorney: Pay commensurate with experience.

Attorney Responsibilities Include: - Drafting and reviewing corporate contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertaining to government contracting business dealings.
- Providing legal advice on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Advising on legal risks and liabilities associated with various business deals
- Representing the company in legal proceedings, including court cases and arbitration
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Liaising with external legal counsel on complex matters
- Collaborating with other departments to provide legal insights on business strategies
- Preparing and submitting reports to regulatory authorities
- Staying updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company
- Handling intellectual property issues, including patents and trademarks
- Developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the company's interests
- Provides legal advice to the organization, prepares resolutions, and forms, and participates in major legal actions.
- Foresees and protects company against legal risks.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
Attorney Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: - Juris Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. OK Bar Association preferred.
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within government contracting or regulatory compliance experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to develop relationships with clients and personnel at all levels.
- Ability to maintain a positive professional working relationship with management and co-workers.
- Ability to maintain a professional status through interfacing with guests, vendors, and sales representatives.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
