Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Analytics Manager with a specialization in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to join our analytics team. In this role, you will leverage advanced statistical techniques and data-driven insights to evaluate and optimize our marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of various marketing channels and campaigns, driving actionable recommendations that enhance ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Mix Modeling: Develop, implement, and refine marketing mix models to quantify the impact of different marketing channels on leads and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Use statistical methods to analyze data and derive insights that inform marketing strategy.
Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources, including sales, marketing, and customer data. Employ statistical software and programming languages (e.g., R, Python) to conduct rigorous analysis and present findings.
Reporting & Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate complex analytical results in a clear and actionable manner. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on model performance and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with media, strategy, and account teams to understand business objectives and align analytical approaches with strategic goals. Participate in meetings to discuss insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
Optimization:Continuously monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization. Use model outputs to recommend adjustments and improvements to marketing strategies.
Research & Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics and mix modeling. Propose and implement innovative techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on marketing mix modeling or related fields. Demonstrated expertise in using statistical methods and tools to drive marketing insights. Bayesian methodologies are a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, or MATLAB. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques and their application in marketing.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
