About The Job Zeno is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support one of our largest global and integrated tech clients.
As the team's PM, you will serve as the glue between global business units, BU leads, and creative/campaign initiatives-managing all phases of projects, from intake through delivery, including scopes, timelines, staffing, financial management, supporting IAT planning coordination, and much more. You will also serve as the team knowledge manager, connecting dots across workstreams, organizing and sharing information to ensure smooth operation of a team of 136 people across 15 offices.
To succeed in this role, you must be a highly motivated, organized, collaborative individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills and understand the creative process for multiple channels.
This person will report to the senior client team.
About the Job:- Partner with Account leads to manage the Scopes, Budgets, Timelines, and Resourcing across several client workstreams.
- Manage daily Creative "hot sheet" - help prioritize the Creative teams' assignments, ensuring they understand and deliver on deadlines, and incorporate account/client feedback.
- Facilitate overall information/knowledge organization and management across team, support Account lead as a connector across workstreams, inclusive of Quarterly CMO Business Reviews and Bi-monthly Cross-BU Collab calls.
- Manage overall team communication including weekly meetings, briefing process and coordination with other teams at the agency.
- Knowledgeable of how to forecast and track team hours.
- Partner with Finance and Account teams to manage and communicate project burn, scope creep, share budget reporting, and participate in the monthly forecasting process.
- Partner with Account leads to manage and communicate the status of integrated initiatives across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery against client assignment and scoped deliverables.
- Facilitate communication with other offices across the globe to meet deadlines as needed.
- Streamline production workflows to reduce turnaround time, while maintaining quality standards.
- Secure additional external resources as needed to help produce and deliver creative assets.

About You:- Minimum 5 years agency experience (PR, Advertising, Digital).
- Familiarity with 10k feet / Smartsheet /some sort of PM platform.
- The social skills to work well with others, the patience to collaborate, the positive attitude that developing great work commands.
- The talent to do all of this with a smile and, occasionally, some well-timed sarcasm.
- Exceptional organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines and deal with disparate or ambiguous information.
$76,000 - $105,000 a year
Pay range: $76,000 to $105,000/year USD.An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees.
