Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Business Operations Lead to support program leadership in a variety of tasks - from facility management to human resources. You will support the program leadership team by managing resources, projects, and the facility to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, you will assist with developing and executing management processes, providing training and education on standard project requirements and methods, facilitating project governance and reporting, and creating models to improve business decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that each employee has the resources they need to perform their job by managing status trackers, account requests, and hiring procedures. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple competing priorities. This person will be skilled in human resources, IT management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion across the program.
Responsibilities include: - Coordinate with multiple Project Managers across multiple projects to ensure hiring plans meet project and program needs, to include tracking staffing requirements, facilitating onboarding actions, working closely with the sponsoring agency and PERSEC teams, etc.
- Monitor program distro lists and respond/facilitate responses to external stakeholders and ensure smooth communications
- Manage data collection for updating metrics to support program deliverables
- Create/ensure completion of scheduled program deliverables (i.e. MSR, bi-weekly IPRs, PMR slides, etc.)
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures when applicable
- Oversee LRA process and token shipment
- Report on site to perform office management and operational/security support at local facility
Here's what you need: - 4-year degree OR no degree with four years of relevant work experience
- 4+ years of experience working in project administration/support OR operations administration/support
- 2+ years of IT experience, to include database management
- 4+ years of experience with any/all of the following: resource tracking, status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, time reporting, deliverable tracking, procurement, issue and risk tracking, change control management, and service management reporting
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel or advanced knowledge of the application
Bonus points if: - Experience with JIRA or other Agile tools/reporting applications
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
- Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to direct own work and that of others
- Leads/manages small to medium work effort and/or team
- Experience with site security functions
- Strong written and oral communication
- Strong problem-solving skills
Security Clearance:- TS Clearance with SCI eligibility, and willingness to complete a polygraph if requested
