We are actively hiring for Program Support Manager

Contract

New Jersey

W2 OR 1099 position

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Director with strategic program deliverables.
  • Perform secondary (desktop) research on a variety of relevant topics - gather and synthesize data from sources like published reports, articles, studies, and websites.
  • Coordinate across the Social Innovation managers for team deliverables. This may include creating templates, consolidating inputs, and ensuring an accurate and polished final product.
  • Plan and schedule program meetings, agendas, and content. Publish post-meeting notes documenting key decisions and action items. Follow up on action items as appropriate.
  • Create visually compelling content for use in executive-level meetings that communicates complicated information in an engaging way.
  • Support the Senior Director with preparation for speaking engagements and conference appearances.
  • Develop the agenda and content for team meetings, including quarterly in-person scorecard meetings.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business-related subject.
  • 5+ years in a business role.
  • Strategic thinker who can analyze data to make appropriate business recommendations and help shape program strategy.
  • Expertise in using PowerPoint or Google Slides to create strategic presentation materials in a visually compelling way
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure and independently in an environment with frequenting changing business needs.
  • 2+ years in a chief of staff or similar executive-level support role.
