Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join Qualcomm as a Marketing Manager of Operations. In this critical role, you will support the Global Marketing organization by managing workflows and processes that enable the Marketing organization to work efficiently and effectively. You will be a change agent who works across the Marketing team and cross-divisional teams, to identify challenges, drive solution through operationalization & integration, and measure results.
This individual is a strong communicator and inclusive collaborator who drives programs with professionalism and enthusiasm. This person must be a go-getter and able to work with limited direction. This position is ideal for a dynamic and strategic professional with proven experience in cross-divisional collaboration and strong program management in a technical environment.

Qualcomm's marketing operations team is focused on driving impact through successful change management and adoption. In this role, you will:
• Partner closely with the Director, Marketing Operations, to develop, integrate and govern strategic workflows that align with Marketing's strategic goals and objectives.
• Collaborate across Marketing key stakeholders as well as cross-divisional teams in Legal, Finance and the Integration Management office to drive workflow implementation and enhance ways of working across the organization.
• Support regional team engagement, communication & collaboration.
• Support quarterly business reviews with cross divisional key stakeholders and Marketing leadership
• Management of inter-departmental MDF programs to ensure global alignment across key stakeholders of marketing investments.
• Drive Marketing initiatives for Mergers & Acquisitions by managing cross departmental integration workflows
• Manage foundational operational requirements from departments outside of Marketing (e.g. - CCI practices and internal audit requests)
• Content management and alignment across foundational marketing resources in Sharepoint.
• Establish trusted relationships across Marketing team and cross-departmental stakeholders
• Effectively communicate challenges, lessons learned and recommendations for improvement.
• This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA.
